"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was spotless, with an incredible view and perfect location. Everything was clean and well prepared, and the service exceeded our expectations. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided during our stay, the surroundings were kept immaculate, and on our departure day we were even treated to a sweet breakfast as a lovely gesture. Truly amazing people and a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. When I return to Ksamil, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!"

"The place was great. It was clean and spacious. The balcony was a nice feature which I really enjoyed. The view was great. You can see the islands and the ferries passing by. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a late check in and they were very polite."

"We were treated so kindly, and the rooms are excellent value for money. Comfy bed, nice view from the (shared) terrace, and just a great environment. Paradise beach is 10 minutes walk, Ksamil centre is 15 minutes. Close to the bus stop on the main road that goes between Sarande and Butrint. Communication was very easy. They even moved bookings around so we could extend our stay."
"Air conditioner had a slight issue but they had someone out within 12 hours to fix it, so it wasn't really a problem."
"Our room had really nice view from the balcony to the sea. The balcony was big enough and we could dry our swimsuits and towels there. The beds were spacious but a little harder mattresses. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was not big but really cozy."

"Le spiagge di Ksamil sono infinitamente più belle di quelle di Saranda. I padroni di casa erano gentili e disponibili. Assicurati di visitare Butrinti, che si trova a pochi minuti dall'alloggio. Se vuoi davvero divertirti e vedere tanti posti meravigliosi, ti consiglio di noleggiare un'auto o di fare come noi e noleggiare una moto."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beach is very close, and the sunbeds are included in the price, which was a big plus. Most of the staff were smiling and friendly, which made the atmosphere welcoming. The pool area was nice and also conveniently close to the beach. Special thanks to the cleaning lady — she did an excellent job and was always pleasant and smiling. My room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable."

"The location is really good. 6 minute drive from the castle and old town. The rooms are good. They are exactly as per the photos. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast they provide was one of the most delicious we’ve eaten in Albania. Staff were really friendly and made us feel comfortable."
