"Nice, clean apartment with fantastic view to the sea from terrace.. Very good price-quality balance. Located in a quite area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town of Ksamil."

"Great views. We loved the location, slightly away from the buzz of Sarande and Ksamil but still close to everything. Several good restaurants not far away, including one that’s only 2 minutes walk from the house if you’re feeling lazy."

"Host was so friendly and helpful. She provided us whatever we need. They wanted to help us in anyway, give all the information which we need. Property was so clean and cosy. And also the garden was lovely with beautiful colorful flowers and amazing overview. Price performance balance was pretty good for the room. If I go to this town again, I would choose this property without thinking. Thanks for everything."

"Beautiful location with sunset views over our favorite beach in Ksamil. The hosts were very attentive and even did a load of washing for us free of charge. Great communication and easy to book. Clean modern apartment and a beautiful balcony and garden area. I can not recommend this property enough. If they had availability we would have stayed longer. Do not hesitate, book this apartment now you will not be disappointed. Thank you for your hospitality we can not wait to come back and we will be staying with you again. Also try the Grand view restaurant just up the hill. The best grilled fish I’ve eaten in Albania with exceptional service and we later found out they were relatives of the host. 10/10 LOVE LOVE LOVE"

"Fantastic location, quiet, walking distance from the beach. Spacious appartement with great view. Seaside balcony. Exceptional friendly and helpful owners living aside. Two great local restaurants nearby."

"The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing us with fresh fruit and water upon arrival. She answered all of our questions prior to check-in and made everything super easy. The room was spacious and very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our stay in ksamail. It was close to all of the main beaches, but out of the way to ensure you could relax. Oh and the balcony and view were just a bonus. Would definitely recommend."

"The property was righr at the beach . The restaurant was great very cool to be in a hot days. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT .A lor to.chose from .The Owner of the hotel very profeaional . Staff was excellent very very acomodative . We had a child with some health isues and they made him feel very special .I really enjoyed this hotel and love to come back again."

"We stayed with a wonderful family on the first floor, under a beautiful fig tree, enjoying a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere despite the home’s proximity to the city. They were incredibly welcoming and kind. When I asked about the check-out time, the father politely reassured me, “No worries—you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.” The house itself was comfortable, with two clean and elegant bedrooms, and a lovely balcony where we enjoyed breakfast in complete tranquility. The surroundings were so beautiful, and they were always ready to help with anything we might need."

"Apartment was large and airy with good catering facilities, excellent bathroom with good shower and spacious bedroom with very comfortable beds. There was a good sized balcony with a view of the beach. There was a washing machine and on the balcony lines and pegs. It was spotless when I arrived. Also the sitting area was comfortable though I hardly used it. There was a tv and good air con although not needed much at this time of year. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the apartment. Outside there was the lovely pedestrianised walkway that stretched for miles along the seafront. Hundreds of cafes and restaurants to choose from and inland lots of shops and more cafes etc. A regular bus ran along this road to the old town of durres. I enjoyed my stay and the hosts were very helpful and friendly."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean apartment. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; he welcomed us in person, and it was a pleasant surprise to find out that he speaks Italian. Having free parking included was a huge plus for us, and basic amenities like soap and shampoo were nicely provided."

"Very nice building and apartman. Terace is on great position, it is sunny after 12h so you can enjoy on brekfast with Corfu view. French bed is perfect for sleeping. Kitchen have everything you need, also you have large space everywhere in apartman. Beach is very close - 2 min easy walk. Super markets are very close 3-5 min. Restorans 2-5 min. Great location, in best street in Sarande."
