"The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the host was always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, and a pleasant 10-minute walk along the seaside takes you to the busier ones. I would definitely recommend it."

"Beach was near of the apartement...5 minites walk, beach view and we could sleep very well...parking is in front of the apartement...the cats are nice...;)"

"There were just a few issues, but the place is great. The WiFi didn't work well in one of the rooms. The shower in that room is not well designed and the bathroom ends up soaked."

"Großes Apartment mit schönem Meerblick. In einer ruhigen Ecke von Ksamil gelegen. Supermarkt, Restaurant und Strandbars in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen und sehr hilfsbereit sind"

"die Zufahrtsstraße nach Ksamil auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht ist leider oft sehr laut (auch nachts) und lädt nicht zum Sitzen auf der schönen Terrasse ein. Der Ausbau und die neue Umgehung sorgen in Zukunft hoffentlich für mehr Ruhe. Je nachdem wie der Wind steht, gibt es leider auch in dieser Bucht Beschallung durch Strandbars."

"The location on the hillside village was very pretty, peaceful and set in a nice garden. The property was clean, rooms were comfortable and spacious size for us 3 adults, with aircon. We made use of the kitchen and enjoyed sitting on the veranda for a morning coffee or in the garden to watch the sunset. The host was nearby and helped us with advice about the area and kindly offered flexibility with check in/out. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay for us all."

"This was a perfect home base for my families holiday in Albania from the USA. First time visitors, and the concierge Julian was an amazing help and resource (great restaurant recommendations!). The rooms are clean, the tech works, and the breakfast amazing. Steps away from snack carts (for my teens), steps away from the shopping mall (when you need to cool off), and steps away from beach at Shengjin and various museums and attractions. We had two rooms for two separate weekends. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you again."
