"This hotel is brand new and offers all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The location is excellent, right next to the promenade, in front of the cathedral and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service provided, and overall it offers great value for money. If you’re traveling to Shkodër, I would highly recommend staying here."

"A lovely huge and clean room. A balcony that made breakfast very comfortable for us to buy from a supermarket and use the kettle. Easy to enter with the lockbox. A very nice room. PParking was easy on site and safe behind a gate. A good location when driving south after Berat."

Tv moderna funzionante, acqua calda, aria condizionata, posate per la cucina, asciugamani. Fatjona, la proprietaria é stata di una professionalità unica, mi ha mandato le informazioni dettagliate per il check in per messaggio e i suoi co-host sono persone gentilissime e bravissime. Una signora é stata gentilissima e mi ha cambiato le lenzuola a metà soggiorno. Persone fantastiche e disponibili. C'é una telecamera che monitora la parte davanti all'ingresso. Ho trovato molta privacy, quartiere turistico con altri appartamenti e case affitta vacanze. Solo all'inizio della strada sulla sinistra, ci sono delle attivitá commerciali con ambiente familiare. Consiglio a viaggiatori singoli, coppie e famiglie."

"The apartment is the centre of the city and very close to fresh food market and many bars, restaurants, and shops. It's very clean, well maintained, with good quality furniture. The bed is very comfortable (we want to know the brand of the mattress). It's also surprisingly very quiet, considering it's location."

"Beautiful and comfortable studio type room and great value for money. A short walk from the bus station and in a nice local part of town. Note that if you want to visit the old town, it's not close, you can walk (20 mins up steep streets), but there's also a bus from the main road nearby that goes all the way up."
