"We were satisfied with everything, the equipment was great, the staff was great. The only thing was that the owner wasn't present, but his grandmother was, and she only spoke Italian. However, everything was resolved with the help of some granddaughters who spoke English :) Close to the center and the sea. Everything was clean."

"The location of this apartment is excellent, it’s a perfect base to explore the city and get around easily. The host was great at staying in touch and always ready to help, whether it was arranging transport or resolving any queries. For example, when we first arrived, there was a temporary water issue (due to a citywide shortage caused by a heatwave in Tirana), but the host kept us updated and had it sorted within the hour. Once resolved, the water pressure in the shower was very good."
