"A fantastic apartment. With an impressive top-floor view stretching all the way to the Albanian Alps. The location was excellent. Close to Luigj Gurakuqi University. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, for example, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. It was truly very comfortable, suitable for both short and long stays. The owner of the apartment, Mirela, and her mother were very welcoming, polite, and always ready to help us with anything. The building is new, located in the center of the city of Shkodra, and equipped with an elevator. We were very satisfied. We will definitely return. We highly recommend it for both couples and families."

"Очень удобное расположение, в центре города, всё рядом. Прекрасный вид на город и горы. Кровать удобная, постельное бельё чистое. Есть чайник, холодильник, варочная панель. Интернет работает хорошо."
"2 кондиционера в трёх помещениях. В одной спальне было холодно, но одеяла тёплые, так что спать было нормально. Рядом с домом только платные парковкаи, стоят 15-25 евро в сутки."

"The owners are incredibly kind, very helpful, and friendly. As a welcome gift, we received delicious rosehip juice made by them The accommodations offer a stunning view from the terrace. Delicious breakfast. 🧡 The owner showed us how she makes her own wool rugs. We bought one beautiful carpet. I highly recommend it. 🥰"

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfy, the AC worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable – just steps away from the beach, peaceful, and close enough to restaurants and shops without the noise. Ramos and Fiore were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with local tips. "Everything was great. The staff was very nice, and the prices were also very reasonable. The room was clean, and they told us to let them know if we needed anything. They also have parking where you can leave your car. The beach is just 3 minutes away, and the city is only 3 km away."
