"The location was perfect for taking trips to Ksamil or Saranda because it was in the middle of these two, of course you have to have a car"
"The family that owns the place is incredibly nice. They have cooked us breakfasts and dinners which were delicious, traditional meals, with a big amount of food. The rooms are clean and cosy. Highly recommend the room with the balcony!
They unfortunately don't speak English, otherwise, we would have been super excited to ask them a lot of questions about life in Albania and in general I think it would have been nice to chat :)
But the communication in general wasn't a problem. The lady was calling her son and you can discuss things with him like that or simply messaging him through booking.
There are a few nice day hikes that you can do from there. And in general the place is very calm. Very good if you are looking for a place to escape the chaos of the big cities."

"Очень милые,добрые, приветливые хозяева- пожилая семейная пара. Общались мы с ними через Гугл переводчик. Уютный номер с собственным душем и туалетом, кондиционер, холодильнике, эл.чайник( кухни нет), есть своя терраса с видом на море, столик для посиделок, можно сделать шашлычок. Пляж в 20 метрах вниз по ступенькам. Ещё большой плюс( как для нас)- дом находится на окраине Саранды- и там пляжи чистые и малолюдные( но многие приезжают на машинах с центра, т.к.на центральных пляжах люди ходят по головам). Есть кафе,на пляже, ресторанчики с вкусной едой и нормальными ценами, так же есть и лежаки.."
"We had easy contact with the owners and a lovely welcome by Festa! The house is very well located in Ksamil, lots of beaches and restaurants at walking distance, while the place is still quiet.
Nice spaceous rooms, comfortable sofa and very nice terrace with sea view. The house was very clean! Highly recommended!"
