"I had an incredible stay at Select Hill Resort! The location offers absolutely beautiful views, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always attentive. The gym, indoor pool and leisure facilities are truly amazing. A special shout-out to the General Manager Melsi, who took care of us in every aspect, from ensuring our room was perfect to making our dining experience at the restaurant truly enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the resort really stood out. If you’re visiting Albania -Tirana, I would 100% recommend spending at least one or two nights at Select Hill Resort. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and feel genuinely cared for."

"A high-class hotel, the heated pool and all the spa facilities are of a very high standard. The service is excellent and the staff is very polite and pleasant. The view from the room towards the outdoor pool and the mountains is breathtaking. The entire facility is of a very high standard."

"The glass door in the shower broke and shattered into pieces while we were in the bathroom. Luckily we only got a few scratches. Great care should be taken to move the sliding door very, very carefully, even though we did. Of course the hotel manager apologized, there was no intention on their part."

"Nearly everything was great but we didnt find restaurant staff very attentive. Had to call them over. Dinners were delicious but fish portions and veg were very small indeed. Breakfast not very exciting. Need to put labels out to tell you what all the lovely jams are! Bedroom is very high tech. No problem with that but a proper room manual with all the details would be good. No idea if room service was offered or not as there was nothing to tell us. These are just suggestions. We had a lovely stay. We were end of season so we didnt get the pool music issue!!"

"It is abit far from the airport (45 minutes) and far from local shops, pubs etc. they didn’t have a variety of food to choose from for example (chicken wings). The menu is quite limited and the food was not very good."

"The grounds and pool area are lovely and great music at the pool. The location is stunning. A couple of the staff members were very warm and welcoming - 2 ladies at reception and restaurant manager Uend. The room is spacious."

"We had a suite and was disappointed with the room, mould on the ceiling, phone didn’t work, only 1 sheet on the bed and was cold. The room is spacious but decor is very dull. Staff not overly helpful besides a couple members. pool only 1 guy was helpful and engaging the rest look uninterested. Online menu for drinks did not work and the guys were not helpful with what they offer. Food menu was limited so we didn’t eat at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok but again service not great at all, staff don’t engage and look very uninterested. We didn’t realise until day 3 you can request an omelette. We had a couples massage in the spa again the staff not great, they didn’t ask about pressure or any particular areas just did a very basic massage but price was reasonable. The hotels has so much potential but service/staff is letting it down"
