Miri was so kind & did such an excellent job, was always ready to help, and seemed to know everything about the city and big thanks to Ermal as well for giving as good tips it made our experience better"

"Excellent central location, but off the main road and was very quiet at night. Staff very friendly and spoke perfect English. Room was a good size and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned my room after the first night, and i was only staying 2 nights which was a nice touch."

"The shower was only hot for a few minutes before it was just warm, but stayed warm for a long time. The telephone in the room has a display that I found distracting at night with its glow."

"The only negative aspect is the parking. Every hotel should provide free parking for its guests. Charging €5 per day for parking is unacceptable. The management should reconsider this issue."

"Clean, well-sized room. Kettle, small fridge with 2 complimentary bottles of water, blow-dryer present. Shower with almost instantly hot water, water pressure fab too. Nice bed, plenty of tv channels if that’s what you’re looking for. Room had a small balcony, not much of a view though. Elevator quick and never a long wait. Location is fab - not far from the main square and restaurants."

"An extra hook to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom would have been nice. Same goes for a tissuebox and an extra garbage bin in the room (only a small one in the bathroom present)."
