"This is brand new apartment near the beach. You have everything you need and everything is high quality. There’s a small yard in front of the door, so you can sit there, have a drink and listen to the birds. Location is perfect: walkway to spar shop, a lot of restaurants around and the owners have a shop with amazing fruits and everything you need."

"The owner and his family are gentle and responsive. Location is perfect(calm area) and near everything especially the Promenade. Direct access to the beach ( 2 mins walk) Apartment has seaview, free parking which is a huge plus, free WIFI, daily cleaning and alot of toiletries, shampoos, . Etc. I would like to thank the onwer for the late checkout despite the booking is full."

"Very friendly hosts, warm welcome and very clean. 2 minutes down to the beach (we recommend walking over to Era which had nicer sunbeds and stones are smaller so easier to enter the sea). Air conditioning is great. There is a fridge and a kettle and some cutlery, plates and bowls. If you need anything, just ask and they are very helpful."
"The room with twin beds had light blinds so it wasn’t dark enough and hard to get to sleep (we brought eye masks with us to help because we already read this) but it would be really good to add some dark curtains. As it is close to the beach and restaurants, expect to hear music from the beach and general street and restaurant noises. Sarandë is quite a lot busier than we expected but this hotel is a lovely place to stay."
"The owners are very kind and friendly. There is a shop near the entrance of the villa where you can buy fresh fruit. The room had a lovely view and a huge balcony. The room itself is large and spacious!"

"The location was just perfect. A walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The standard was great, it was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We even had washing machine in out room! Big terrace where kids could play :) The air conditioning was working well!"
