"Great friendly hosts. The house, although small, had everything you needed. The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel."

"The host of the property was extremely helpful and even assisted us when we had a puncture down the road! Very knowledgeable, welcoming, and willing to help. The property is clean, and has all of the appropriate necessities. Having a car is advised as it is dead centre in-between Ksamil and Sarande. A use of taxis could also work!"
