"Very good location, relatively close to downtown (15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi). Сozy home atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. A varied homemade breakfast."
"This is probably the best option for solo travellers or freelancers, but not for business trips. It was quite noisy in the evenings, and breakfast starting at 9 a.m. is also not very convenient."

"The hotel was very clean and new. The staff were nice and the breakfast was delicious. On some days, we could see Mount Ararat from the balcony and there was a grocery store nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it."

"I was very lucky that the reception allowed me to check in at 8:00 in the morning because I arrived earlier in Yerevan. Although it was completely fine for me to stay in the common area and then leave to visit the city, the receptionist still called me to the early check in. About the room, it was very comfortable and having the curtains gave a little bit more privacy. The toilet was clean and the showers too. Not very close to the metro station, but it was perfect for taxi pick up. Recommended!"

"Its a simple hotel but very confortable, clean, they prepare a nice breakfast. My rooms had a cobfy bed, tv, a nice large bathroom, good wifi. Metro station its 5 min walking distance also supermarket very close. You can walk to the city center"

"Nice modern hotel quite outside the city centre (30 - min walk / 15 min drive) on a hill in a quiet neighbourhood. Has nice co-working space with decent WiFi for work. It's located near the American University of Armenia and is a short walk to amenities / convenience stores etc. Rooms were nice, comfortable and came with a spacious balcony with beautiful sunrise views. Do note the building does not have an elevator, so expect a walk-up with luggages if your room is on upper floors. Overall good spot to unwind and relax for those travelling light or in Yerevan for work."

"Maybe the best hotel we stayed in Armenia. The facilities are brand new. Comfy bed, good views and breakfast is great (we recommend to book it advance). Emma also went out of her way to make us feel at home. Thank you!"

"Wonderful hotel! Great service out of all of them! Everything is top notch! 24-hour front desk. Cute building and cosy courtyard with cat and turtle. Everything is beautiful. Nice to be inside. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable rooms with everything you need! Delicious drinking water straight from the tap. Magical unique breakfasts with a local flavour and very tasty. Wonderful coffee. Conveniently located near the main street and the metro, it is one metro stop from the centre but I was close to everything within walking distance A huge thanks to Tatev and Tatev and Emma, and all staff for their wonderful attitude towards their guests and enjoyable conversations. I will only come back to this hotel when I visit Yerevan."
