"We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything was great, and the place was very comfortable. The house has underfloor heating and radiators, so it stayed warm and cozy even when it was cold outside. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight. Just keep in mind that it is heated with firewood, so it takes some time to warm up, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to the administrator, Ani, who was especially kind and helpful during our stay."
"The only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety of cookware for cooking. There is one large pot and one large pan, but having some medium or smaller options would make cooking even more convenient. There is also some construction nearby. It didn’t cause any noise or disturbance during our stay, but it is slightly noticeable visually."

"Шикарная квартира в центре Еревана за свои деньги просто великолепна! Тихий жк, есть лифт, внутри квартиры чудесный видовой балкон, работает телевизор, холодильник, стиралка. Отдельная комната с кроватью, в другой два больших дивана. Рядом с квартирой находится супермаркет, торговый центр, метро! буквально в одной минуте! до площади идти минут 8, да и прогулка интересная, через осень красивый собор Григория Просветителя, парк, магазины, недалеко рынок Вернисаж, где можно закупиться сувенирами! Но самый главный плюс этой квартиры в ее хозяине! Арташ очень добрый и заботливый мужчина, постоянно спрашивал все ли у нас хорошо, помогал, если что-то нужно, подарил бутылку шампанского в первый вечер! в общем, сделал все, чтобы наше первое впечатление об Армении было прекрасным, спойлер- так и получилось! Спасибо вам большое, обязательно будем советовать вас друзьям🫶🏼🫶🏼"
