"Great location for visiting Dashtadem Fortress, Talin Monastery Complex, Talin Caravanserai and Kistapor Church. Also, in close proximity to a supermarket. I stayed in an apartment with 2 single beds, a kitchen area (with kettle, sink, cutlery and refrigerator (no stove)) and private bathroom. There was access to 2 balconies, with views of Mount Arteni in the distance (great sunset). Heating was provided, but it wasn't required when I stayed. Great host. Very friendly, provided me with a brief and locations of the areas attractions There was a safe, covered outdoor area for me to store my bicycle, which is covered by CCTV. I would happily stay here again."

"Personnel très réactif. grande fenêtre. grand balcon. bouilloire et Capuccino. serviettes de bain et savon disponibles."

"il y avait marqué kitchenette sur booking mais pas de plaques de cuisson sur place, on n'a pas où cuisiner notre nourriture. il faudrait enlever ce détail de booking. eau chaude à régler avant utilisation sinon température fixée à 25 degré."

"Чистый и уютный номер со всеми необходимыми удобствами, большой открытый балкон с видом на предгорья и чистое небо. Перед зданием сквер с поющим фонтаном. Очень приятный люди хозяин отеля и его брат!"

"Really enjoyed my stay there, the room was big, comfortable and clean. The family was very welcoming, we had tea together when I arrived and shared some time together (they speak English!). The breakfast was amazing, totally recommended!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel with cosy rooms and amazing views. Breakfast spread was the main highlight. A special mention to Mary who went out of her way to help us with transportation to Georgia. Always remember the great gesture. Everyone was warm and friendly. Hotel has been done up tastefully."

"This apartment was far better than its pictures. The kitchen was excellent, the bathroom with instant hot water was out of my imagination. The tap water was drinkable and excellent. The other facilities including the air conditioner, tv and Internet all were perfect. The host Mr. Tigran was one of the kindest person I have ever met. I want to say thank dear Tigran, I whish all the best for your career. Finally I should mention the location where could not be better. In front of a beautiful green area and your windows both open toward the park and it's beauties. I can't wait to visit Yerevan and stay at this apartment again soon."
