"The host is a nice, helpful guy and the property is kept really clean. Although within walking distance of all city centre sights, it's away from the road, being behind the main street buildings, so is surprisingly peaceful. The other guests staying were also quiet fortunately, so it was easy to sleep. I think there are 3 bedrooms rented out, spaced out from each other. There's a small kitchen (with tea and coffee), one shower room with sink and toilet, and another separate toilet. Space to sit outside too."

"The owner is a great guy. Very helpful. The apartment is located about 15-20 min away from the cascades and the Republic Square. Yerevan itself is an amazing city. I wish I'd had more than one day to explore the city."

"Good location. Very accommodating and helpful host. He has a washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. Nice yard with a hammock. Super relaxing vibe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. 20/25 mins away from the airport. Looked like there was parking available on the street."
