"The house was very comfortable, and Liana, the host, was very helpful and trusting: my boyfriend and I went there in the winter, she had made sure the house is fully warm and comfortable for the cold. The house has a very cozy interior, making you feel right at home, and has all required amenities - the bathroom and shower was clean and very usable, the kitchen had everything that we wanted during our stay, there's even a laundry machine. It's also in a quiet space - even though it was looking towards the building's yard, there wasn't much noise to be a problem. If planning to book, only take into account that the house is around a 10-minute drive away from the main "touristy" things to do in Jermuk - although though taxi is very cheap and if you're traveling by car, it's all very accessible. And this house's price and its value for money justifies staying further away from the "main" section. Definitely recommended!"

"Замечательная квартира. Очень чистая и комфортная, со свежим ремонтом и уютным интерьером. Новая посуда и кухонные принадлежности. Несколько комплектов полотенец, кухонные салфетки, губки, тапочки - все было. Отдельную благодарность хочется высказать владельцу квартиры Лиане - очень вежливая и отзывчивая, всегда была на связи и оперативно все подсказывала."
"Единственный минус - это сам дом и подъезд. Они оставляют желать лучшего. Но в данном населенном пункте все дома такие."

"Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."
