"Второй раз остановились в этой квартире, потому что в первый раз нам очень понравилось. Всё под боком - метро, остановка автобуса, два рынка, сетевой магазин, пекарня. В квартире есть всё необходимое для удобного отдыха, приготовления еды."

"Великолепное расположение в нескольких шагах от метро. Всё рядом - магазины, рынок, остановка транспорта. Очень удачная планировка квартиры, в которой есть всё необходимое для проживания."

"Расположение отличное, рядом с конечной станцией метро. Квартира большая, практически 3 комнаты. Подходит для семьи с детьми. 3 - 4 человека размещаются свободно. Есть кухня, холодильник, посуда, WiFi, кондиционер."

"Ремонт не самый свежий, санузел небольшой. Слив в душе немного плохо работает. Окно в спальне выходит на улицу, в детской - во двор"

"Really enjoyed my stay there, the room was big, comfortable and clean. The family was very welcoming, we had tea together when I arrived and shared some time together (they speak English!). The breakfast was amazing, totally recommended!"

"This apartment was far better than its pictures. The kitchen was excellent, the bathroom with instant hot water was out of my imagination. The tap water was drinkable and excellent. The other facilities including the air conditioner, tv and Internet all were perfect. The host Mr. Tigran was one of the kindest person I have ever met. I want to say thank dear Tigran, I whish all the best for your career. Finally I should mention the location where could not be better. In front of a beautiful green area and your windows both open toward the park and it's beauties. I can't wait to visit Yerevan and stay at this apartment again soon."
