"Excellent apartments. We stayed for 8 nights. The host was simply incredible: our flight was delayed, and he personally met us in the evening and helped us with the check-in. There were no issues with the payment at all. The apartment is quite spacious and very clean, everything is well organized and easy to use. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was good and stable. The host was always available, responsive, and very helpful with any questions we had. There is a 24/7 convenience store nearby with basic necessities. A big plus is the location — right in the center of Buenos Aires, with all major attractions within walking distance. We also felt very safe, as police officers were present on the street almost around the clock. Overall, everything was excellent and we had a very positive experience."

"Cons (not related to the apartment itself): The windows face a road where construction work was taking place. The work was done during the day and sometimes even at night, which was unexpected for us and, of course, caused some noise. We understand that this is beyond the host’s control. One more point — not really a downside, but rather a suggestion: for longer stays (a week or more), it would be great to have an intermediate cleaning service. By the end of our stay, the apartment did need some cleaning."

"Fabricio is such a helpful host- we could leave tje baggage and he was patient enough when we changed our arrival time 3 times due to delays in flights. Also the localisation is perfect for sightseeing."

"Clean and comfy. The owner went out of the way to receive us close to midnight, as our flight was a late flight. Great kitchen in the studio as well."

"A little noisy as it’s close to the road. But I guess most hotels/studios are next to the roads in Buenos Aires."

"A nice cozy apartment in a microcentro near all the places of touristic interest, fully equipped kitchen, soft linears and towels, everything looks and smells new and fresh! Flexible hours of check in (the host is in the same building, our flight was delayed, we agreed about all detais via whatsap just we've landed). Easy check out as well. The host is extremely welcoming! Easy communication in english, veraety of acceptable payment methods. Definately recommend for staying!"

"A little bit noisy at night - that's no problem if you are a good sleeper, but you can very much hear the traffic even with the windows shut, and the fridge is also buzzing a little loud"

"La ubicación y que lo que muestran es real de como es el apartamento. La instaación tiene todo lo necesario. Como toda capital el centro, en este caso el microcentro, a la tardecita queda medio desolado y no es tan lindo, en este caso esta a una cuadra de Cordoba o y dos de Florida, muy bien ubicado"

"Estaban arreglando la laterial que la estan haciendo media pearonal, y eso hace que haya ruidos, pero es desde las 08.00 a las 17.00 solamente. La entrada de Uber o Taxi es ms complicada con esto, pero nada. que no se solucione a una cuadra en Cordoba."
