"Our stay at Pension Knoll was through and through a perfect experience. The rooms were immaculate, extremely comfortable, with efficient A/C during the hot summer days. The location was ideal, quiet, yet just a short walk away from the Attersee. Mrs. Knoll was an excellent host, always available and ready to help or advise us on the local points of interest. The breakfast was spectacular in terms of variety and tastiness, with an assortment of homemade delicacies :-)"

"We were very satisfied with our stay at this charming pension. Eva, the host was extremely kind and helpful, going out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. On a rainy day, she recommended excellent programs and places to visit in a nearby town, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The pension itself is beautiful and well-kept, and the breakfast was generous and of high quality. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others!"

"Eva was an excellent host, and was always available, cheerful, and extremely informative. We got a room upgrade when we moved in. There were tons of informational materials available, as well as a voucher which grants some discounts in the area. Breakfast is excellent with many sweet and savory options, and freshly cooked fried/scrambled eggs. Parking is easy and just in front of the property. We even got a small jar of Eva's jam when we checked out, a very nice personal touch. The property is about a 15 minute walk from the central area of the city, but manageable"

"The only complaint we had (and the only reason I could not give a 10/10 rating) is, that there was a party at the opposite house 2 nights in a row. First night we didn't want to disturb Eva with this despite the party going on until 2 AM, but second night I called her at 10 PM, if there is anyting we can do about the very loud music. She said there is nothing to do about it, and we can just hope the music stops. I think this should not be the approach from a Host."

"The property has a beautiful setting with a lovely courtyard for breakfast or drinks and the location 3 minutes walk from the charming old centre of Schorfling is excellent. The hostess Eva Knoll and staff are very pleasant and helpful and provide excellent information about all attractions in the magnificent Salzkammergut lakes area. The town of Schörfling itself is much less touristy than many other towns on the lakes making it a calm but convenient base for exploring the area while enjoying seeing life and traditional activities in a local community."
