"Very well-located hotel in the heart of Vienna, close to public transport and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating for a late check-in (thank you again!). Excellent breakfast, always served with a smile. The only small personal downside: the mattress was a bit too soft for my back. A place I would definitely recommend without hesitation!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make our first anniversary special, even surprising us with beautiful decorative arrangements that made the occasion memorable. The breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of variety and great quality. The only minor downside was that the hotel infrastructure felt a bit old, but the warmth and care of the team more than made up for it. Overall, a delightful experience that we’d happily recommend for anyone looking for genuine service and memorable hospitality."

"The host was very welcoming and made an amazing effort for us to have vegan breakfast every morning which we really appreciated. She clearly works very hard making all of the breakfast herself, serving it and all with no complaints. The room was warm and cosy, there was a small fridge/freezer which was very useful. The location is great as its walking distance from the main sites in the city centre but also easy to use public transport to further away ones. Having a Hofer (Aldi) only a few minutes away was very convenient!"

"The b&b has a traditional feel which was nice and although I dont mind furniture etc being old fashioned, it would maybe benefit from a few freshened up things like new towels, bedding and pillows. As others have mentioned there was a bad smell in the bathroom."
