"The location was perfect and the price we paid was very good value for money Sarah the lady on reception was very attentive. She was pleasant and helpful to all of our travellers. She went over and beyond what we expected, helping us book taxis and guiding us on where points of interest were locally. She greeted us by name and was interested in what our plans were for the trip. She told us the hotel was near the university and that surrounding area was mainly students. A KFC is across the road and there is a 24 hour supermarket approximately 300 yards away."

"Friendly staff. The room had a shower. The fridge was kindly provided upon request. Drinking water and tea were provided. A big supermarket is located nearby and there is a kitchen with everything needed which allows everyone to keep their eating habits."
"Sadly bathropes were offered already after we visited the pool so I recommend you ask first. And there was a marriage upstairs which we were not informed in advance however staff said it is a very rare occasion."

"The staff were friendly especially Sevda who went above and beyond to arrange a transfer to the airport early hours of the morning. Nice family atmosphere with no disturbances. The room was very large, the beds were comfortable and had mattress protectors on which seems to be rare in Baku!"

"We had a large and comfortable room with a big living room (sofa, TV, dining table, and a couple of extra beds), very spacious for a family of four. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful, and spoke very good English. The location is good too, close to malls, stores and restaurants."
"The room needs a bit of renovation (especially the bathroom). There was no hair dryer. We went to the swimming pool for an extra fee but the area needs some renovation and the jacuzzi had cold water."
