I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

"We booked in a hotel with a high grade (around 9.5 at the time) and expected at least good quality, but in our opinion all mentioned things make this hotel bad. Loud noise from the host watching tiktok till late night hours 2am., low quality beds, cold, __no bedding__ and cigarettes smell make it hard to sleep (host is smoking near the bedrooms). Breakfast: starting point is 10am with no negotiation, despite breakfast being already in the fridge. Breakfast quality was low, as we got only bread, butter, few slices of tomato and cucumber, some cheese, and the thing we were meant to wait for prepared from the host was boiled eggs. We definitely could just do that ourselves. All of this makes us greatly disappointed in the hotel, that's why we've changed the hotel and requested a refund. Sanitary: for all rooms in the hotel, there is only one common WC, without toilet paper."

Завтрак это только в описание.Вода холодная.Попросили вежливо вернуть деньги, конечно же отказались.Сьехали оттуда раньше своего срока на 12 дней. БОЛЬШЕ ТУДА НЕ НОГОЙ. Приехала с Казахстана остались плохие впечатления об этой гостинице. Каждый раз писала админу в комнате холодно не отключайте батареи.Так как денег мне никто не вернул.Всем буду писать правду как есть.Никому не советую эту гостиницу."

"Otelin genel atmosferi oldukça huzurlu, sakin ve dinlendiriciydi. Odalar geniş, ferah ve estetik açıdan oldukça güzeldi. Ortak kullanım alanları (banyo ve mutfak) temiz ve düzenliydi. En önemlisi, otel yetkilisi son derece misafirperver, samimi ve yardımseverdi; her konuda destek olmaya çalışması konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getirdi."

"Konaklama sırasında yatak konforunun kişisel beklentime göre biraz daha iyi olabileceğini düşündüm. Bu durumu ilettiğimde, yeni yatak alındığı ancak henüz ulaşmadığı ve geldiğinde değişimin yapılacağı belirtildi. Bu yaklaşım, soruna çözüm odaklı yaklaşıldığını gösterdiği için olumluydu. Genel olarak bu durum, konaklamayı ciddi anlamda olumsuz etkilemekten ziyade, zamanla giderilebilecek küçük bir detay olarak değerlendirilebilir."
