"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is near to several key tourist attractions, which made exploring the natural of Bosnia villages. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the high standard of housekeeping. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and secure area, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again. I hope the hotel management considers my feedback to help improve the few areas where I noticed gaps. The hotel manager (SABINA) is amazing person and very helpful and friendly, she is great manager"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. However, I would like to highlight a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience: The breakfast selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety and a wider range of dishes included in the offering to better cater to different preferences. The bathroom could benefit from the installation of a hand spray (hand shutoff spray), as many guests may not prefer to use toilet tissue rolls. Hotel slippers were not provided in the room, which is a basic amenity expected in this category of hotel. Most importantly, the shower area lacked curtains or a partition, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor, which can be both inconvenient and unsafe. I hope this feedback is helpful in enhancing the overall quality of service for future guests. Thank you."

"It is a rare hotel capacity in the area. A very nice place to stay, offering professional service, kind staff, good food, and comfortable, clean rooms. For us, it was a perfect location for three days discovering the river Una (Martin Brod_ Kulen Vakuf_Štrbački Buk_Japodski otoci_Ripać_Bihać and also Vrelo rijeke Une via Ripać border crossing ). We were satisfied and are comfortable recommending them."

"The location in the heart of Una national park is great. Some employees were very kind and tried to do their best. The breakfast was very well furnished and very good."

"There is no advice or recommendation regarding the activities, hikes, visits in the Una national park which is really pity. We stayed 4 days and we would appreciated some advices. The bed is very hard, difficult to have a nice sleep. The pillows are very low, we asked for higher pillows but they only furnished second same pillow. The water flow in the bathroom sink was unbelievably low, very difficult for shaving, and the reception couldn’t do anything for that. At the restaurant, there is no menu. Each evening we had a very small choice, we heard that there is no chief to cook and we have to choose between 3-4 meals during all our staying. Unfortunately there is no lobby and nothing else to do than sitting and ordering something at the restaurant. The bathroom is very tiny, and shower has no door, the water flows everywhere in the bathroom."

"Nice and modern hotel in the heart od the Una national park, close to the Štrbački buk waterfalls. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is friendly, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was average, the food in the hotel restaurant was tasty and good. The restaurant is a little bit expensive by Bosnian standards (=meaning it is still quite cheap in contrast to the rest of Europe), but it is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The shower is...funny. There is no door to close inside (just a fixed glass on the side), but it is too small to be a proper walk-in shower. The result is that there is water all over the bathroom after every shower. It's not a big issue, but it just kept me wondering why anyone did that :)"
