B&B Hoeve Ransberg

"Great communication even before we arrived and we received a lovely welcome from Annick. The room was incredible, we felt like we’d arrived in a luxury apartment, it was so well appointed in a rustic, shabby chic style. Comfortable huge bed with a rural view and sunset from the mezzanine level. Fabulous rain showerhead and twin sinks for the bathroom. Mini kitchenette with everything you’d need to cook yourself, although there are restaurants and a carrefour supermarket just 10mins drive away in Kortenaker. We arrived during a heatwave and the room wasn’t unbearable, cooling down at night, despite no air conditioning. The B&B is located within a pear orchard with rural views, peace and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, continental style with eggs freshly cooked, fresh buns and sweet pastries from the local bakery, jams, juice, cereal, everything was delicious. Annick and Jürgen were the perfect hosts, we wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"In the countywide, you can start walking immediately from the property if you like. Very kind, flexible and responsive hosts; our dog was allowed. Very nice apartment with great atmosphere and good quality finishing; nice breakfast with fresh bread rolls and scrambled eggs;-)"

"We were very satisfied! Please be advised in case you are not comfortable near a large dog: mention this upfront to the owners and they will take care that their dog is inside. Their dog is large, very playful and energetic. This was NOT an issue for us at all; we brought our own dog, and they came along fine."

"Le logement est spacieux et plein de charme . Les matériaux sont beaux : bel escalier , espace cathédrale , très grande mezzanine et belle salle de bain en chêne cérusé, jolis lustres anciens. Tout le confort est là. Les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets et très attentionnés . On ne manque de rien , tout est pensé pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus. Le petit déjeuner est superbe et varie légèrement chaque jour : petits pains frais croustillants , croissants un jour aux pépites de chocolat , le lendemain aux pommes; œufs brouillés ou à la coque , … Quant à l’extérieur , il s’agit d’un très grand et beau jardin paysagé avec plusieurs espaces où se poser . Notre chien a pu autant profiter du séjour que nous . Notre chat aussi !"

"S’il y a un petit bémol à trouver il s’agit du manque d intimité dû au fait que les toilettes sont en haut dans l’espace ouvert de la mezzanine."

"De mooie en rustige locatie temidden fruitboomgaarden, de vriendelijke en hulpvaardige uitbaatster en haar man. Het lekkere en ruim voldoende ontbijt, de hele mooie en goed onderhouden tuin om tot rust te komen. Alles was aanwezig in het huisje en was heel proper en hygiënisch top."
