Hoeve Roosbeek features luxurious rooms, cosy gastronomy and free WiFi in a restored farmstead, 15 minutes’ drive from Sint-Truiden. It features a garden terrace, bicycle or vespa rental. All of the air-conditioned rooms at Hoeve Roosbeek have a flat-screen TV, electric kettle and a minibar. Each of the bathrooms includes a rainshower and is supplied with a bathrobe. The restaurant serves cuisine prepared within sight of the tables. A monthly menu featuring seasonal dishes is also offered. Hoeve Roosbeek benefits from a wellness centre which is accessible for private use only and features a small swimming pool, 2 saunas, a pusat kesihatan bath and steam bath. Guests can use these facilities for private use for an additional charge and by reserving in advance. The centre of Liège is just over a 40-minute drive from the hostel. Hasselt is a 20-minute car journey away. Free private parking is available on site.

"De locatie was heerlijk rustig, Midden tussen de appel boomgaarden. De kamer en badkamer waren praktisch, mooi en modern ingericht. Het restaurant was top! Het eten was sterrenwaardig, van aperitief tot dessert. De bediening was super en we kregen bij elk gerecht de nodige uitleg. Door de open keuken kon je de chef en zijn team volop aan het werk zien. Na een zalige nachtrust volgde een lekker ontbijt met veel keuze en een persoonlijke toets. Niets was hun te veel. Pure Limburgse gastvrijheid!"

Fab, quiet location just outside town which has many places to eat in. Owner is very attentive and even moved his car so we could park a large van.
