"Staff were amazing. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Thwy brought us the key to the restaurant we were dining in. My card couldn't be charged automatically, so they contacted me for a late payment and all was good."

"It was right beside the train station, super convenient! I had a bed, not a bunk in a bright airy room. The lounge areas were very comfortable."
