"Everything was amazing. Welcoming and kind staff. Very clean rooms with amenities such as tea and coffee and toiletries. Lovely and substantial breakfast. Excellent heating. Close to supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs restaurants, Bruges City Centre. Across the road from the bus station and a easy stroll to the train station. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bath, heaps of hot water. Quiet location and inside the hotel."

"The location was a short walk to all the areas of the city we wanted to visit. The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay, nothing was too much trouble.
