"Lovely room, I stayed with my boyfriend and my parents and we were very happy with the location, it is right next to central station where you can go to Bruges or get the the station for the eurostar"

"Firstly, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is on top of the famous shopping and dining centre and very centrally located. Fill of shops and restaurant around. Walking distance to everything."

Room was clean and space was good, the best was people in reception and especially Enzo, he was so helpful and friendly. "The hotel is perfect located in Brussels, 10 steps from the Galleries, 1 step to a street with lots of restaurants, and close to á la Morte Subite (in my opinion the best beer café). Easy to go to from Central Station. Brekfast - no Bacon or omelette -But why ? all you need for a good start for the day is present, Coffee, tea, bread, egg, ham, yogurt, Salomon, grapes, juice, ... everything you actually need and want. Clean, Extra - we had our room close to the galleries - meaning when we open the window we were in the galleries. Awesome."
