"Room was basic, bathroom basic and the shower head couldn't be moved higher. No tea / coffee facilities in the room and three pillows for two people. Be careful if you park up on the nearby carpark on a Wednesday night as we did, we didn't speak Dutch and didn't understand the sign that says if you park at ground level (there is an underground part) and leave your car overnight going into Thursday it WILL GET TOWED as ours did and it cost €300 to get released. Not a criticism of the hotel it is entirely on us as but please don't fall victim to it as we did. Other than that oostend was a brilliant night stay."

"A nice hotel that we stayed in for a day. Very nice staff who helped us with a special request. We were passing through and as the hotel is centrally located in the city and also close to the beach, it met our needs very well. Nice to be able to rent a family room as we spent very little time in the room and do not want to spend too much money on the accommodation"
