"L'hôtel est bien situé. Le personnel c'était le patron et la patronne super accueillant ils ont meme donner la chambre vers 11h a notre arrivée. L'endroit de l'hôtel très très calme , les rues calment . L'hôtel est a proximité de tout . Commerces, plage et bus tram ect ..."

"Malheureusement, la chambre très petite meme si nous avons dormi qu'une seule nuit .le coin douche mega mega petit. J'ose le dire j'ai dû poids j'avais difficile de bouger dans le coin douche et le WC. Nous avons pris l'option petit déjeuner. Je ne m'attendais pas a ca ! Vraiment pas grand chose . Le choix très très limité. Ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix . Faire payer les enfants que vous savez qu'ils ne mangent pas bcp . Les essuies de bains , les draps et coussins ne sentaient vraiment pas bon :/ mais c'était propre . Pour vous dire mon fils a attrapé des boutons ...."

"De ligging van het hotel is perfect, zeer vriendelijke uitbaters en personeel, kleinschalig dus zeer gezellig. Alleen de douchecel vond ik een beetje te klein maar voor de rest was alles heel goed."

"We had a great stay at Yooma Urban Lodge in Brussels! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of five — the kids loved having their own bunk beds, and our bed was super comfortable. The hotel’s comic-themed décor is really fun, with each room designed around different comic scenes, which made the stay feel unique. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the breakfast and afternoon buffet had a good variety and tasted great. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a playroom, pool table area, and even a small cinema room, which our kids absolutely loved. The location is also very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk to Lemonnier metro stop and about a 10–15 minute walk to Brussels Midi train station. A fun, relaxed place to stay — especially for families!"

"A great hotel that’s less than a minute from the train station, and within 10mins of key locations shops,cafes,restaurants and shopping centres. The service is magnificent and will always try and make your stay as comfortable as possible, any issues will be sorted quickly and swiftly, room service happens if you stay longer then 2 nights and they throughly clean your room in the mornings or upon request, the staff is lovely and have nice personalities and will always listen to your concerns. "Friendly staff, nice breakfast and perfect restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed our late dinner and were surprised by very good service! Even during breakfast we tried to ask questions but there was noone English speaking but it was not an issue, the lady somehow found a way how to assist. Nice view from the window, especially nice during golden autumn period."
