Berkedudukan di dalam bangunan bersejarah di pusat Melnik, Mario Motel menampilkan rumah tumpangan tradisional Bulgaria dengan teres taman dan pasar raya di lokasi. Semua apartmen berhawa dingin di Kediaman Mario mempunyai bilik tetamu mandi peribadi, TV satelit dan peti sejuk. Kebanyakannya menyediakan pandangan panorama Sandstone Pyramides yang terkenal di Melnik. Terdapat bangunan tambahan baru yang terdapat 100 meter dari bangunan utama dengan kolam renang luar luaran yang kecil serta akses untuk tetamu kurang upaya. Perjalanan ke Rojenski Monastery boleh diaturkan oleh pihak struktur hotel.

"Excellent location for staying in Melnik. We recommend the local wine, particularly the Melnik 55. Our room had a pleasant terrace. Good shop underneath with better value wine than elsewhere in the village. There are good breakfast options, although not included in price of room."

"I loved the location, it was comfortable. We had a balcony which was very nice, bathroom was not separated from the toilet but it wasn’t a problem. AC was very quiet so it wasn’t disturbing, I only noticed some tiny little dust/hair on a floor/carpet but that would clean only a vacuum cleaner so it wasn’t bad."

"If you put the address to a map it shows the location wrong. Also shower is right next to the toilet so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet."
