"Lovely centrally located family-run hotel. The owners had closed up for winter but Booking.com hadn’t realised/processed the closure. The owners quickly opened up and made a room for me at very short notice. A lovely kind gesture and I would definitely stay again."

"This was the third time we stayed in hotel Noris. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in a pleasant and calm residential aria but still at a walking distance to all touristic sights. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. A kettle and some tee bags and instant coffee are offered. It certainly became our favorite place to stay in Plovdiv."
