"We had a lovely family stay at entity[“hotel”,“Sofia Balkan Palace”,“Sofia, Bulgaria”]. The central location is perfect for exploring the city, especially with children. 🏛️✨ A heartfelt thank you to Dimitri at the reception. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and made our whole family feel welcome and comfortable. 🙏😊 Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!"
