"My room was spacious and had heating that I could control myself, which was really appreciated after some other experiences. Also the water temperature in the showers was good."

"There is only one tiny shower cabin on the floor, while the other toilette had a shower above the toilette seat. Also, no soap in toilettes."

"They made me a free upgrade and gave me a room with private bathroom. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was really good for a 3 star hotel! unlimited food. They also let me check out one hour later because I had a work meeting on my computer. It's also very well located, right in the center in a very quiet area"

"We could check in at 4:30am after our night bus, and get into our room. It’s the best place to stay in Tupiza, I would recommend to anyone coming there, the breakfast is also great."

"The family who own the place are amazing - so friendly and they really want you to feel at home. My single room had the best view in the city and was very comfortable. Also kitchen and terrace is very beautiful! I felt like at home - thank you very much for that! You can wash small things by yourself or they can wash for you. And WiFi was alright - better in my room. And the location is very good, because you have a beautiful view. How to get where? It is just 10 BOB with a taxi from Bus Terminal to the Bella Vista El Tronco."
