"We traveled from SA to Namibia and needed a place to stay over. This hotel made our long journey comfortable and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"- The friendly and helpful staff. - The rooms are big with a lot of space. - The facilities are always kept clean and tidy and the swimming pool is cleaned every day."

"- Everything was fine. If there was anything, it would be that the lightning in the rooms are not kept the same (cold white or warm white) light. A more uniform lighting concept should be kept, but that is a subjective assessment. I prefer warm white light for a relaxed ambiance. - The waiting times at the restaurant could be shorter. Waiting times for a meal take really long. Efficiency in Restaurant Service / Kitchen Service should be improved. - The bathroom / toilet facilities in the rooms need to be modernised. Sometimes the toilets did not flush properly."

"We enjoyed the proximity of the facility to the main road and the safety and security of the parking area specifically. Perfect overnight facility on our way to South Africa."

Very clean and well designed. The location of the rooms are in the bush and private. Right next to the river and can view game from your patio. Game viewing and rangers was amazing."

Common areas were clean with lots of different areas to sit. The pool was refreshing and area was recently refurbished. The family chalet was well appointed and very clean. Each day cakes and cookies were freshly made, the ginger biscuits were delicious! As with most lodges there is limited choices for dinner but what’s provided is homemade and tasty"
