"- The friendly and helpful staff. - The rooms are big with a lot of space. - The facilities are always kept clean and tidy and the swimming pool is cleaned every day."

"- Everything was fine. If there was anything, it would be that the lightning in the rooms are not kept the same (cold white or warm white) light. A more uniform lighting concept should be kept, but that is a subjective assessment. I prefer warm white light for a relaxed ambiance. - The waiting times at the restaurant could be shorter. Waiting times for a meal take really long. Efficiency in Restaurant Service / Kitchen Service should be improved. - The bathroom / toilet facilities in the rooms need to be modernised. Sometimes the toilets did not flush properly."
