"Amazing place: spacious, comfortable, beautiful. We had direct access to the pool and small terrace. The gym was perfect for our workout. The hostess gave as a delicious bread as complimentary. We also had an early check in - what was just perfect for us. Recommend the place (there is a nice cafe nearby)"

"Marlon and his team are fantastic, and so dedicated to ensuring an excellent experience for guests in all ways. Organising a taxi pickup was easy; the room was absolutely spotless; recommendations for restaurants and cafes close by were great; the additional small touches in the room such as coffee, water and coconut bread made me feel very welcome. The suites are well equipped - though I only stayed for one night you could easily have a longer stay as there is a full kitchen, and the room is generous enough to not feel as though you're just in a bedroom. The pool and outside area are also clearly well looked after. I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and peaceful experience."

"I arrived at night when it was lit up and it looked lovely, it looked even better in the morning! The pool was perfect temperature, my room was a great size and had a pool view with a terrace and the staff working there were all happy to help - even greeted with a cold flannel and a coconut bread!"

"My friend and I had a great experience during our stay at The Palms. We were there briefly for one night while traveling between locations, but we made the most of it by swimming and relaxing by the pool. Staff were very friendly and welcoming; they gave us complimentary coconut bread (which was delicious) and answered any questions we had. The room was very modern and spacious and the property is gated and private with a nice coffee shop around the corner."

"Excellent stay in Belize City. Super safe, private, clean. You get a code sent digitally to you the day before for the gate in the front and for your room, so organized I couldn’t keep up. The staff, Julie and Sheridon, were friendly and professional. The suite is HUGE, very modern, fully equipped, an easy 4-star in my opinion. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. And Omg, my personalized note and extremely delicious local coconut bread was a unique, much appreciated touch that I immediately told everyone back at home."

"It’s a bit far to walk anywhere. The pool was a bit too cold to swim. The shower pressure a bit weak. I understand other viewers when they say the TV could be tilted a bit so that it can be viewed from the bed."
