"A warm welcome and easy check-in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a lovely view of the lake, although there isn't an elevator. The room was clean and comfortable and had a coffee/tea maker. Baddeck is a nice little town with plenty of places to eat and we enjoyed a visit to the Alexander Graham Bell museum."

"We found this a great location near to restaurants, the harbour and other services in Baddeck, and a good base for exploring other parts of Cape Breton. The rooms were spacious and clean."

"We were at the back of the inn and unfortunately near the table where staff meet for their morning break. The smell of the cigarette smoke that wafted into our rooms was unpleasant to say the least."
