"Great set up, breakfast, it poured with rain one night and the tent was dry as a bone. Dog loved it. Didn’t use the swimming pool but looked good for families. Good showers and communal cooking facilities."

"Saber and Mosbah were great! I really enjoyed my night in the desert due to their hospitality, despite the language barrier since i cant speak french or Arabic, but still i had a perfect stay! I enjoyed the songs and the food and the tea, couldn’t recommend enough!"

"Shtiuie and Abu-Shamir are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfest was well served with eggs, pita breads, cheese, and vegatabales. The fireplace kept working and coffee and tea was served continousely. If we had any problems Shtiuie took care of them!"

The location is misleading. The place is actually inside the beduiwen village which is crowded by animals and noise. My friend wasnt able to sleep. as for me it was not a problem.

The staff was kind of noisy in the morning, especially by the kitchen.

The proximity and the 180-degree view of the sea, the unmatched decor items, fairy lights and stellar interior planning, the very small-but-important facility and comfort details that have been considered, the quaint and romantic area around the dome, the considerate and responsive hosts all come together to make this a true gem here in Latvia. It feels like the place is kept beautiful and tidy out of genuine care for the wellbeing and pleasure of the guests. The hot tub costs extra, but a hot tub with a direct view of the sea is another rarirty here that is well worth the money. Absolutely recommended without hesitation, and I wish the hosts the endurance to keep this up, as we will 100% be looking to come back to this corner of paradise!"

To be nitpicky, the tap water seems to have high iron content, hence some water discoloration and odor. Nevertheless, there is extra drinkable water provided so this is not an issue really.

"True "eco" experience. Can't remember when I was closer to the nature. You need to take a boat the get to the island. Stunning views from the restaurant. Quiet life. Friendly staff."

It's not a comfy city lifestyle. Hot water is prepared in advance and you need to notify the staff. There's also a small fee for that. But in general everything is affordable there. No WiFi of course, but you can ask for hotspot.

"Great stay in the desert. Very pleasure and helpful staff, that cars about you very nice. Just be in peace. Great location near the dunes, but away from the biggest camps."

The staff was super nice, they organized a transfer from Lompoul sur Mer to the location, they came with us to the beach and played football together with mbalax, then they came with us to the nearby desert and helped us organize a cab to Dakar airport. The food was also really good. Overall it has been an excellent stay!"

"My stay at Para un poquito was wonderful, the hosts Flor and Joel are very welcoming, nice and helpful in any situation, they know and love the place. The situation right on the beach is idyllic, you literally go out of your room and are on the beach. I'd definitely recommend this place."
