"Truly friendly staff, everyone was soooo welcoming, we felt over the moon when arrived to this camp...it is one in a lifetime experience...the staff goes over the mile to support you, I wish we stayed for to nights instead of one... we travelled the world but This Camp, its people, food, ambiance, scenery is out of this world... would highly recommend to everyone. The cottage was not super clean upon arrival, overly expensive optional 'add ons' (sheets/cleaning fee/equipment rental).

The house inside the layout is stunning but very crowded same as kitchen. There has no space for our luggages and things. We love all the things and musical instruments but maybe the house is too small for everything inside.

"We had a lovely stay! The pool was absolutely wonderful and the staff were really friendly. The food from the restaurant was some of the best we had in Guatemala! The gardens were gorgeous and had some stunning birds in the trees! The room was really beautiful and the shower was powerful."

"We really enjoyed staying at Ursak Camp. The cabins and tents are beautifully designed and create a wonderful atmosphere close to nature. Another big advantage is that you can buy ready-made meals on site, which is very convenient since the nearest grocery stores are quite far away. Everything was very clean, the sauna was excellent, and the food was great as well. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed being surrounded by nature — the whole experience was wonderful."

This is not an issue with Ursak Camp itself, but rather a helpful tip for future visitors. Google Maps and Waze often suggest a route through Sinjajevina Mountain. At first the road looks paved and normal, but eventually it ends. In winter there may be snow, and it is easy to get stuck there. There is also almost no mobile signal in that area. It is much safer to approach Ursak Camp through the town of Kolašin and enter from the lower road. The mountain road may be fine in summer, but in winter it is better not to take that route.

"The campsite has an astonishing view of the lake Manyara and the national park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The unique igloos have a pleasant interior atmosphere and are comfortable to sleep in. The campsite is ideally located for visiting the various national parks in the region. The restaurant serves excellent food."
