"The staff was very hospitable. Isabelle (a manager) was particularly kind of helping us to have a pleasant stay. We had a beautiful view of three mountains from our window. We enjoyed a rich breakfast. After ski there is a very charming restaurant to visit at the hotel. We tried some soup and tomato fondue. It was delicious and worth trying! We are definitely coming back."

"Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht und einfach. Wir hatten schöne Einzelzimmer in der oberen Etage. Die ringhörigen Zimmer sind der Bauweise des Hauses geschuldet. In der Nacht waren vor dem Hotel leider längere Unterhaltungen von Personen sehr gut zu hören."

"Zentrale Lage; Bus nach Saas-Fee in wenigen Metern erreichbar; In ein paar Minuten mit dem Bus direkt beim Alpin Express in Saas-Fee; Sauberere Infrastruktur; Gratis Parkplatz statt teures Parkhaus in Saas-Fee; Durfte das Auto nach dem Auschecken den ganzen Tag auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen; Freundliche Chefin und Personal."
