Reviu tetamu untuk Hôtel de l'Ecluse
"Great room. I really appreciated a small kitchenette in the room. I would recommend."
"Aucun."
"Having a kitchenette was very useful, given how expensive it is to eat out in Switzerland (it would have been better to have at least some kitchenware already in the room rather than get it all from the reception). The location is very convenient to the old town. The receptionists were nice and helpful."
"The floor in the room was very dirty, to the point that we had to throw out our slippers afterwards. The walls/doors are thin, we could hear every time a neighbour would come or go."
"Spacious, clean, cool room. Hotel in very convenient location for old town."
"The breakfast at Chf18 wasn't very good value. And on arrival though there were two of us, there was only one black tea bag in the room and no milk. We asked for more of both and they were readily supplied."
"Tastefully modernised hotel, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff."

"Nice location & nice staffs, clean room & good size of the room."
"Not really near the train station"
"Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!"

"Helpful staff, provided us with a city card. Hotel is clean and has all you need. Central located."
"I wish I had some scrambled eggs for breakfast....;)"
"The hotel is not so far from the city center and the castle, and cca. 20 minutes to reach the train station by foot. The room is comfortable and equipped with a simple kitchenette. The staff is helpful."

"simple breakfast, I asked for eggs sunny side up and they came perfectly"
