"The location was excellent, a short walk to the train station, and right across the street from the lake. The front desk staff were fantastic answering any questions, and taking the time to chat about living in Switzerland. I would definitely recommend!"

"Location was great and very close to the lake and restaurants. The room was very clean and warm and bathroom very contemporary. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us organise our visit to chateau Chillion nearby …. A MUST to visit!! Would def return to this hotel!"

"Excellent location in centre of Montreux yet away from main road. Room large and spacious with a good bathroom. Wonderful partial lake and mountsin view and large balcony watching world go by. Breakfast adequate. Being aparthotel room handy with hob, oven and fridge and cutlery though we never cooked there as on holiday."

"Our room 311 had to go through lift on 3rd floor but then you still could only climb 3 flights of stairs. For me good gym exercise especially when carrying trolly cases up on checkin day and down on checkout but for wife and son a struggle. Room 311 is not suitable for elderly or immobile guests. The air conditioning didn't seem to work, as it was winter didn't work but summer could have been a problem. Because of state of art balcony shutters we closed down balcony shutters at night partially but sliding door open a bit for a natural breeze from mountain air, so lose some and win some. Had one evening dinner from the restaurant which was good quality but very expensive but this is Switzerland, so brought food from Migros and Coop nearby"

"The size of the bathroom plus toilet is too small. The sensor light in the bathroom went off before I finished my shower."

"Everything - great location and warm reception on arrival. Able to check in early and got upgraded to a lakeside view. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Would recommend 100% Free travel card was a bonus and loved our trips on the various trains & furnicular railways around the area."

"We paid a bit extra to upgrade the room to one with a view and balcony and it was well wirth the investment! Looking across the lake at subset and sunrise was amazing. The room was, also, spacious with excellent facilities.. However, the best part of our stay was the friendliness and kindness of the receptionist, Jeanne. She was a wonderful host!"

"The room didn't have a bar fridge. Also, we found having to pay 24 francs city tax a bit disappointing."

"The hotel is perfectly situated, it's beautiful inside and out, we upgraded to the suite at the top of the hotel which had an incredible view and was spacious, we had a wonderful stay, staff were so helpful and lovely and the restaurant was perfect. Thank you so much"

"Fantastic location in the heart of Montreaux. 5 Min walk from Bus Stop. Value for money. Room was clean and spacious. Nice modern bathroom. Healthy breakfast foods. Comfy bed. I had dinner in the adjacent restaurant for dinner - suberb with great atmosphere! You must make a reservation."
