"Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable, avec WC et douche (pour les 2 autres chambres il y a les wc et douches en commun). Très bon petit-déjeuner, bel accueil et service agréable. Très jolie vue sur le lac depuis le balcon de la chambre."

"Grosses Zimmer. Alles sauber. Balkon zum See. Im Sommer wenn es viele Gäste im Garten hat könnte es laut werden. Freundliches Personal. Einfaches aber ausreichendes Frühstück. Schöne Lange. Gehen für einen Kurztripp sicher wieder hin."

"De locatie is in één woord prachtig .Terras direct aan het meer van Lugano, de hele dag schaduw door eeuwenoude bomen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar prima."

"Wir haben ein grösseres Zimmer erhalten, als wir gebucht hatten und dies ohne Preisaufschlag. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ideal für Kurzurlaub. Hotel direkt am Lago di Lugano. Zimmer mit Balkon und tolle Sicht auf den See."

"Hostess was extremely friendly and spoke English, although was relieved when we spoke Italian. Our room was upgraded so had a balcony and views across the valley. 15 miles from Andermatt, the scenery was lovely. The restaurant was as full of locals as this is their game season and the menu reflected the locally sourced products. As a vegetarian I was a little worried but they had catered for this and the meal was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel and restaurant to future travellers."

"Excellent breakfast. All fresh local produce. Short walk to Sedrun Railway station for access to ski areas and also 40 minute ride to Andermatt for Gemstock area. Restaurant evening meals superb. Interesting menu all cooked to order with fresh local produce. Mac is passionate about his restaurant and it shows!"

"Amazing to stay in a chalet full of history combined with modern design. The place was very comfortable, spotless and so well equipped, even with fondue and raclette set. Great location for making day trips to Zermatt, Lauterbrunnen etc. The host Martha is such a lovely and caring person. Wish we could stay longer, but hopefully can return one day."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. When the heating in one of the rooms didn’t work, they immediately brought us a portable radiator. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary coffee, even though breakfast was not included in our booking. Despite our late arrival, the team kindly greeted us and accompanied us to our rooms to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend !"
