"fantastic location, great setup with the ski lockers right by the lift, ski school, etc. the pool is super nice and fun for both kids and adults, playroom is a welcome bonus"
"access to breakfast room was bottle-necking as it’s a narrow entrance and people tend to block it either when they wait to be seated or when they collect bread - in both cases, traffic tends to be stuck both in and out"
"So close to access to gondala and had everything we could need within a short walk"
"No peppermint tea and no milk, fridge didnt work in room, heating wqas hard to regulate"
"The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great with easy access to local attractions and nature which made it ideal for our family trip with small kids."

"Everything The pool The rooms The staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly."
"The pillows for the bed were so thin out felt like my head was resting on nothing."
"The hotel in general was beautiful, they even decorated our room for my partner’s birthday! Great breakfast, comfortable parking lot at a reasonable price, a few great restaurants to try just in front of the hotel. We also adored Treetop Walk, amazing attraction really well done right next to the hotel and had a discount with the Guest Card! The highlight of our trip were the spas! The hotel’s Spa was just perfect, and with the Spa Around offer we got free access to a few other spa’s in the area. Loved it!"

"Das Team hat uns völlig unerwartet mit einer handgeschriebenen Karte, einem Champagner und einer ‚Herzli‘-Dekoration zu unserem 5. Hochzeitstag überrascht. Wir waren total überwältigt. Danke nochmals dafür!!"
