"The hostel is a beautiful historic building in central Santiago, so staying there is a travel experience in itself."

"Guests are not allowed to hand wash their clothes. That is very inconvenient for those of us who don't have enough clothes to put in a washing machine."

"Location was good.. Just walking distance to the airport bus stop. Walking to many grocery stores and plaza de armas... At this place u can get d hop in hop off bus too. Exchange counters and restos close by. WiFi was good n strong. Breakfast - bread butter jam, oats, milk,yogurts, fruit juice, tea/ coffee.. Unlimited. Reception is at 24 hours."

"Bathrooms needs hooks to hang towels and clothes.. Shower needs a place to keep soap and shampoo bottles after use. Lockers were in a sad state. But, yet, u cud lock them with ur own padlock.. But, very fragile. No fans, no air conditioner in any rooms. Tho, it's cool n cold. In some rooms, windows were there for breeze n ventilation."

"The district in which it is situated is not very safe so not recommended to walk alone around at night It is not really a social hostel where it is easy to meet others"

"This is my second stay here, merely for the location to access the airport bus and have a proper included breakfast. Would choose here again for convenience and price. The single room is not spacious but good for a short stay and excellent value compared to other places."

"I discovered this place by accident because the other place I booked cancelled on me and didn't tell me until I arrived. But I quickly found Landay Hostel on booking.com last minute and it turned out better for me! Excellent location. Easy to access airport bus. Good breakfast. Easy walking distance to historic centre and other touristic sites. Good value for money."

"Friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood and safe, comfy beds, clean room and fresh bed sheets, large lockers (bring a padlock), good WiFi, decent kitchen, Los Heroes metro 5 minutes away by walking."
