"Welcoming english speaking staff. Could borrow needle with thread for sewing up my backpack. Beautiful terrace where possible to dry clothes if necessary. Overall nice wooden house with kitchen to use located in calm area."

"Cosy, wooden hostel near the centre of town. About a 10 minute walk to the lake. Really kind, helpful, friendly staff. Great communal area. The base of the bed (down the side of the mattress) was a bit dusty, but no big issue. The kitchen is a little old, but a new one is currently being built, almost finished! Excellent upstairs outdoors area too!"

"I wanted to book again to come back a few weeks later and price had gone up 3000CLP... It was therefore no longer competitive with other hostels in the place, I would have appreciated to be given previous price as I was a returning customer Beds a bit wobbly, no female dorms, slightly insistent male in my room"
"As a Solo Traveler, I couldn't ask for more. Perfect Hostel to meet other Travelers. The Owners were very nice and friendly. Very sociable and friendly atmosphere! Especially with the Volunteers! It was very and relaxing in the Hostel and I felt like home for the Week I stayed at Willhouase (I extended some days). I met many other international guests. We had a good time together, had many drinks in the evening or even went to some attractions together or went out at night. So this hostel is the perfect place to meet other Travelers and socialize! Highly recommend. Oh, and I have to mention, the Rooftop Terrace is such a perfect place to hang out and Molco the Dog is such a nice companion. I slept very well and had no complaints about the Room or the Bath at all. The Kitchen is fine too."

"Great kitchen, good atmosphere, comfortable dorms with space to put belongings. Location is quiet but close to the main street. Pretty clean. Plenty of bathrooms, with hot showers."
"To get to the top bunks in the dorm, there is no ladder, just tiny wooden blocks attached to the bed post to step on. This made it tricky to get up and down, but not a big deal."
"Great location, just a few minutes walk to the lake (lots of birds there) and to the shops. There is a supermarket nearby and you can cook your meals, with plenty of facilities in the kitchen. The hostel is kept very clean. All staff are helpful and friendly, and know about the local area and trips."
