"I made part of payment by visa card and the money was taken out twice from my UK account. I raised the issue at the reception hoping to be reimbursed dtraight away but I was told that it will be investigated and that i will be contacted with the outcome within 5 working days. One month gone, I've not heard from them. I am somehow slightly dissapointed with the management because of that incident which wasn't resolved. But a part from that, LVB is a great place to go to if you need a break for a good and peaceful rest."
"My family and I had a beautiful stay at the valle of Bana. The staffs were brilliant, the cleanliness on point. The only issue we had was the breakfast in the morning: not enough food for everyone. We had to wait but the waitress went extra miles to satisfy us ( which I really appreciate 🙏 ). Will definitely come back !!!"
