"Good hotel, clean room, daily housekeeping, kind and respectful staff. Also, location feels quite safe and walking distance to a few good restaurants and a supermarket."
"The central air conditioning makes the room temperature quite uncomfortable. As it was winters so they had the heaters on and made it quite hot. Not everyone prefers the same sorta room temperature for a comfortable sleep. The only solution was to open the window but then it got noisy due to passing vehicles on the highway. Staff were kind enough to give me a fan to make it better which kinda worked. Though, I would have preferred to be able to set the room temperature as per my own comfort."

"It is a wonderful and good staying experiences to stay in Beijing Hilton and all services provded by the hotel is first class with professional services. All hotel staff are very polite and supportive during which i lost my mobile phone and sunglass and hotel front office safely kept my property until i made enquiries with them. Excellent service 👍 Especially i have to highlight the Manager Suson, Marina Ma , FO Lisa and belt Dart. House keeping staff is always poilte and smile with us and provided a cleaning environment for my staying."
