"The hotel is nice, breakfast is cheap and quite good. Location is amazing, close to all spots tourists will want to see. They keep the bedroom clean no matter the time you ask for the service."

"The gallery is under renovation, so you can't really make use of it. There's some noise due to the works as well. The bedroom was non-smoking but smelled of tobacco for the first day."

"Just opposite Jing' An Temple and Jing' An Metro Station. It also nearby department store and michelin star and famous Chinese restaurant. Only few stop by metro to sightseeing and shopping places."

"Excellent hotel service and room. The location of Jing'an Temple area is prime, prime, prime. Although we need to pay one breakfast (only one is included in our room with two persons), the all-you-can-eat breakfast is worthy of the price (￥98/person). Front desk was so responsive of our room service requests, and they spoke decent English. Highly recommended this one for any foreign visitors to stay in Shanghai."

"It was a wonderful evening. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic; they even allowed us to check out two hours later than scheduled. Due to our hasty departure, one item was left behind in the hotel room, and the staff kindly sent it to me via express delivery."

"What we loved about Kevin’s Old House was how unique it was! In a world where hotel chains vie to offer generic modern design and high-tech features, Kevin’s stands out from the crowd. It’s cosy and eclectic, and stepping inside the building leaves you feeling as though you’ve walked straight into 1930s Shanghai. It’s an experience you won’t find anywhere else in the city. It’s in an excellent location, too, close to all of Shanghai’s best restaurants and bars. The staff were wonderful, the breakfasts delicious,. We ate at the Italian restaurant which is housed within the hotel. The food was really authentic although maybe more olive oil than we are used to ."

"The room was really big. Spacious and with all the amenities you might need. There was not any odour of smoke, that considering that in China is always allowed to smoke that is a plus. The breakfast is a 10 out of a 10. The location is a bit far from the metro, but around the hotel it's full of restaurants and place to buy something to eat. Ps. If you google the hotel on Google map it will take you to a completely different part. Better use Didi app to get there."
