"A beautiful, spacious hotel with top end accommodation and a magnificent view over Sihu (the lake out front). the staff were impeccable and the service, I’m sure, competes with the world’s best. Beakfast was phenomenally good value with a truly excellent choice of Chinese and European options. The baozi are to die for!"

"Perfect for a business trip. Staff are very friendly and resolve any issues you may have. Rooms are big and comfortable. restaurant closes early so better to arrive early."

Also, a huge shoutout to the hosts! They are incredibly warm and went above and beyond. I accidentally left my laundry in the machine, and the hostess not only hung it out for me but even offered to iron it. I was so touched by such thoughtful service!"
